We are only providing the information here, it is up to you to take these things to prayer and to the Father and ask Him what you should do to better care for the temple He resides in.
We believe the Father has made all things for our benefit when it comes to His creation - there are things we are exploring about essential oils, greens, fasting, and organ cleansing that I know will be of an interest to you.
